The impressive DAMRAK II is an upgraded version of the DAMRAK launched in 2009. The yacht is the sixth unit of the popular 70 Sunreef Power model produced since 2008. This model has been designed by the Sunreef Yachts design studio with the assistance of Laurent Bourgnon, the famous French sailor and owner of the first unit JAMBO (now available for charter in French Polynesia ). It was designed as a stylish, fast and stable power vessel with a fine-tuned line of the hulls and its underwater section. The streamlined hulls help to take advantage of the wave power and reduce fuel consumption, especially when combined with low draft and their light structure.
The wet deck combines the cockpit furnished with a large dining table, sofa, chairs, resting mattresses, a wash basin and a small handy refrigerator. Supplies for longer journeys or water toys can be neatly hidden in storage compartments. More sunbathing mattresses can be found in the bow section where the guests may enjoy beautiful sights. From the cockpit there is easy access to the saloon combined with a dining-room and a fully equipped kitchen (four-zone induction cooker, microwave oven, two electric ovens, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, ice dispenser, many storage compartments and a bar-table). In the mid-ship section, there is a lower helm station which leads to the owner’s cabin located in the foredeck section. It is furnished with a king-size bed, desk, sofa, night tables and a bathroom located in the starboard hull. Panoramic windows offer spectacular views without having to go outside.
The lower deck contains even more exclusive spaces: a VIP cabin with a king-size bed and two double guest cabins - one with a double bed and another one with two single ones. They all have luxury amenities, en-suite bathrooms, TV sets with DVD players and large windows providing breathtaking scenery.
The flybridge, which is Sunreef's trademark, houses the second helm station, a cocktail bar with two bar chairs, barbecue equipment, a dining table with sofa and armchairs, sunbathing mattresses and a water scooter lowered with a special hoist. The guests can also enjoy the jacuzzi or relax under the retractable bimini roof, which allows to adjust the light.
DAMRAK II is an ideal yacht for holiday and charter cruises thanks to its generous equipment that includes a jacuzzi on the sun deck, water scooter, Seabob for discovering underwater treasures, scuba diving equipment, swim platforms with ladders and a complete TV and audio equipment with the Bose Lifestyle sound system. Furniture was made of exotic weng wood and light beige upholstery from alcantara and was enriched with golden and red accents, giving the décor vivid character.
