BLUE DESERT: THREE YACHTS ONE PASSIONATE OWNER

Blue Desert, the newest Sunreef 80, was launched last week at the Sunreef Yachts shipyard in Gdansk, Poland. The owner, an experienced boater who has built two previous Sunreef Yachts catamarans that carry the same, commissioned this new build in 2019.

The owner’s previous yachts, a Sunreef 74, which he welcomed in 2018, and his first, Sunreef 58 Blue Desert launched in 2014, speak to his appreciation of Sunreef Yachts’ craftsmanship and finish.

Like its name, which takes inspiration from the infinite beauty of seas that stretch into the distance and sand dunes that go on forever, the new Sunreef 80 Blue Desert exemplifies timeless appeal. Casually elegant, the custom design is open and airy with impeccably finished interiors and offers outstanding volume with over 340 m² of living space. Additionally, Blue Desert features a galley down layout that maximizes space in the salon. Accommodations are provided for up to eight guests in one beautifully appointed master suite and three guest staterooms. Outstanding performance will come courtesy of intelligent engineering and the integration of a carbon mast and boom.
